Ordered 2 products 2 weeks ago. Tried calling and after about 4 extensions the mailbox was full. Emailed 4 days ago and have still got nothing. The product is only as good as the customer service.
Made the wrong choice with this bloke and his business. Paid $6700 for parts from dirty bird and waited 4 months for delivery, customer service from these guys was poor had to continually chase up the order and only had parts delivered when I asked for a full refund. To make matters worse when the parts arrived the chrome dirty tail swing arm was covered in rust, shop manager Tobias suggested to rub it off with steal wool, are you serious buddy ! still can’t believe his reply. Warning anyone wanting ro purchase dirtybird lowers very poor quality hardware sucks for the price he charges should be stainless well anyways the lower pod speaker hole is to big for speaker there is no way in hell to secure speaker .so I called them and explained my issue he said we made a spacer to correct issue the spacer is free but must pay almost 30$ for shipping. So I received them took them out of bag there goes two deformed distorted spacers with no instructions nothing so I placed spacer over hole same size hole ... read more
If I could give this company zero stars that's exactly what they'd get. The customer service, tech service and warranty are a joke. Do not waste your money or time ordering anything from this company....
