Actually, Dr John Kim is really good. He is kind and I can feel that he’s trying to find best ways to me. But young lady doctor, Dr Yang is terrible. Of course she is unkind and her brain is filled with money only. An employee at the doctor's office called me to say that the doctor wanted to see me. I told her I could meet later, but she insisted it was urgent and said the doctor wanted to meet over the phone. When I said I could meet later, she said I had to pay first. This review is based on this office and their practice. I came in for preventive care, which is covered 100% by insurance. They asked me to come back in for a follow-up to a blood sample they took. All they did in the follow-up was give me the results and told me everything looked fine, however, they then charging me $96 for this pointless follow-up visit. When I called them to asked for this to be waived, they wouldn't and tried to put the blame on the insurance. They kept telling me they didn't know the insurance policy wa... read more
So so impressed with this office. A Very nice staff. They went totally out of their way to accommodate my sons needs! Very Nice environment!!!
