Very responsive, helpful, and friendly front desk! Great psychiatrist, really listens and works with you. Read initial paperwork thoroughly. Outlines cancelation fees and policies, but very avoidable with 24 hours notice like most clinics! Virtual appts available great time saver!
Worst Doctor Ever. If you decide to use him, think again. He only cares about $$$. I’m not even sure if he keeps proper documentation. I should report him to OIG. Don’t cancel any appts. He will charge you a ridiculous amount of $ for that. He doesn’t care about his patients. He was a family members doctor for ADHD meds. Absolutely, unprofessional. You can tell why he doesn’t have that many patients. Good luck if you use him.
Dr Shin is an absolute treasure. I have never before or since felt so listened to, and treated with such respect. When he took me on as a patient I was a mess and in a horrible place. I had been admitted to psychiatric hold and the hospital referred him. I was suicidal and had zero hope. My first day I had a whole meltdown in the waiting area, it was never mentioned again and I was never treated poorly because of it. Yes, he is expensive if you miss an appointment. If zero was possible this dr would get it. DO NOT GO HERE! In your “little” 33 pages they make you fill out there is a cancellation fee ranging from 245 to $500!!! This dr is nothing but a scam artist attacking vets and people who may have to cancel appointments. It’s okay there’s 2 open cases with tri care currently only a matter of time before he gets black listed. Also look else where for reviews, they try to keep google clean.
