Whoever is driving their vans is inconsiderate and dangerous. Rather than zipper merging as they should, thought it would be better to speed up from behind the car in front, tail gate the person in their lane, push out the other car, then change into the next lane last minute cutting someone else off. Selfish driver = selfish business. Do better.
I am very happy with the service from Shenton Pumps. They fixed our retic pump and connected our fountain pump. The team were prompt, professional and provided fantastic service at very reasonable rates. Ryno in particular, was outstanding - he was knowledgeable, efficient and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was in working order. I highly recommend Shenton Pumps to anybody in need of reliable and excellent pump services.
Hmmm - the one thing a team member should not say when a customer comes in to the shop for service is.. "I cannot get any work done today" as he comes out his office. This team member should not be serving customers! Put him in the back please!!
Would not recommend Shenton Pumps at all! A simple 20 minute job on our retic pump, and they charge a $400 callout fee! Daylight robbery. Then the actually lie about what was done to the pump and how long they were at our property! I have security camera images of arrival and departure. Disgusted!
