Run away as fast as you can! John Delk does not communicate with you and did not prepare us for our hearing. He also went against the family wishes on an important appointment of a Temporary Guardian. By all appearances, it indicates that he helped the opposition fleece a 92 year old woman out of her finances and assets.

I hired Mr. Delk to file a motion for early termination on my federal probation.
