They do deserve even 1 star. They messed up my car. Billed me for stuff they didn't do. Said they filled my gas which they didn't. People run. Don't trust this place. Horrible customer service. When I talked to manger he didn't like me questioning him and hung up on me. There are better places to go.
They're my parents and I's usual shop and have always been great. They try to help avoid having to repeatedly come in for the same thing (for example: 2 of the 4 cylinders in my car had the same issue recently, they asked if should they do the rest while they're at it.) and estemate on the high end making budgeting easier (they estimated $750ish, final cost $670ish).
Once again John & Scott's went above and beyond. Had an issue with my vehicle not starting at 6:15 on Friday night. Called the shop and spoke with Rich who gave me his recommendation. Once I got the vehicle jumped I drove it to John & Scott's and left it for them to look at this week. Got a call at 10:30 Saturday morning from Rich stating what was wrong (battery) and they could have it ready for me in an hour. These are the most honest and trustworthy guys in the industry. They do great work and are reasonably priced. Rich is awesome.
I have had many services performed at John and Scotts over the years. I have never been disappointed with any work they did. They even have loaner vehicles available if u need one. I highly recommend their services.You always know what its going to cost before the work is performed and their head mechanic John is top notch! You will not have to worry about anything. Its all good.
