How not to treat patients Their office staff is very rude; I felt rushed talking to them on the phone. In addition, I felt both Nicole and Tidball were unprofessional in their conduct. Tidball was quick to prescribe drugs for my depression but was inefficient in terms of providing me with anything else. Nicole did not take my diabetes seriously. To make matters worse, I usually have to wait over an hour every time I schedule an appointment at this office. Office also always felt dirty and unsanitary. Avoid this office.
