John Scott installed a Mitsubishi heat pump for me in 2021 with a 3 year labor warranty. It leaked refrigerant immediately, which they fixed. Within the warranty period, it stopped working again. They no-showed and didn’t call. Then they ghosted when I tried to reschedule. I had another company diagnose it, and it is leaking refrigerant again. We have used John for both plumbing and heating issues and could not recommend more. Both times he was able to fit us into his schedule on the same day. Very responsive and his employees are extremely professional. Highly recommend!
