Our friend recommended John Scott Motors to us when we were looking for someone to service our Sprinter as we travel. All the staff were amazing, and we were incredibly happy with all the repairs. They fit us in quickly, and checked the vehicle thoroughly. We had a few repairs needed and they sourced the parts quickly, communicated and quoted clearly and accurately and were priced very fairly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Natasha, Costa and the team moved heaven and earth to find me a part when my battery melted through the terminal to avoid the 8 week wait for the part out of Korea. Absolutely fantastic humans who are kind and take real care of you and the vehicle. Customers for life!

The mechanics are very friendly and easy to work with. However, their office manager Tash is harsh, unfriendly and difficult. Such attitude can hurt the business.
I am a regular customer at John Scot. On my last visit, I have my bad experience. I went there for service of my car, they charged almost $1000 for servicing but they did not change my cabin, air and fuel filter. They just leave a note saying customer didn’t want but I am wondering without these things for what they are charging for $1000. Really had a bad experience. Reply for your response.
