I’ve had homeowners with JSI for 18 years but had to leave recently due to poor service. I was told they’d get back to me on rates multiple times and never did. First I dropped auto, then homeowners. Also after I moved to weaver insurance my rates went down more than $200 for the exact same coverage with the same company. JSI had it listed wrong (secondary/seasonal) and even had the age of the house and exact address wrong on the policy. Too bad. I really liked their service years ago. Be careful.
Had a problem with one of their carriers and they are taking care of it. It was a big mess and they are no longer using that carrier.
