Although I was seeing Dr. Schoppe for a problem, this was a very pleasant experience from the start. Scheduling a new patient appointment was quick and super easy. Both of the Danielle's were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Schoope was personable and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them especially if you're diabetic and want to practice preventative care for your lower extremities.
This Doctor was absolutely the best I have ever been to. I have been putting off returning to a doctor knowing how painful the shots I had before in my heal would hurt soooooo bad and I have a high tolerance to pain. I NEVER FELT the medication going into my foot at ALL. The small pinch when the needle entered was all I felt. I have suffered for OVER 6 months not wanting to go to another doctor until I heard about Dr. John Shoppe of Advanced Foot Center in Columbus, Ga. Dr. Schoppe and his staff are amazing. The office is so clean and very comfortable. The staff nembers are kind, and they take time with you to determine hiw best to treat your concerns. Dr. Schoppe treats you with kindness as well, and explains everything clearly. I love the fact that he doesn't rush to the most invasive therapies, choosing first to go the simplist route possible to get you feeling better. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a podiatrist!
It is very refreshing to find a doctor that actually seems interested in you as a person.
