They charged a tariff on bulbs when no other US bulb company charged one. In fact they charged a tariff before they even knew if one was going into effect. Horrible
Rude, unfriendly and completely offputting.
Daffodil bulbs were infected with fungus (as diagnosed by our local university) so well over half shriveled and browned before flowering AND I’ve had to start spraying to keep the infection from spreading in the garden. I’ve contacted the company several times in the course of a month and just get told that “so and so is going to look into it.”
I ordered amaryllis bulbs that arrived in in a timely manner and in great condition. Very healthy and the bulbs are huge with multiple bloom stalks. I highly recommend!
Just received shipment of 18 different varieties of bulbs. All beautiful! None dried out or any with signs of mold. All varieties were of right quantity and well packed. I had added to my order before shipment and the updated quantity was shipped. Of course, I don't know how any will do until next spring but John Scheepers performed very well with customer service and quality of bulbs. Happy customer. Will definitely order again.
