Poor customer service. I submitted a quote request online almost 3 weeks ago and didn’t hear back until today. When someone from this office finally called, I said, “I’m not interested anymore, but le—” and was immediately hung up on. I called back intending to say, “Let me hear what you have,” but was met with a rude tone right away—as if I was wasting their time.
