John's failure to install motor propertly resulted in shutters rubbing against newly install motor costing $648 plus change which sliced power to motor within months of install. When installing recommended either this or new shutters entirely. I like my shutters and if new motor worked why go into thousands expenditure when I can have them working for the cost of the motor. Thus, it appears this installation was done so that they could turn around and make the new shutter install costing much much more anyway. I called them ... read more
