Dr. Rhee was a huge disappointment. After reading other complaints, it makes sense why he works at Tosa. It seems to be where Froedtert drops all the doctors who couldn’t hack it at the main campus. I would not recommend. Find a more reputable Doctor.
He is a excellent plactic surgeon. I will recommend him to others. He did a couple surgeries on my face and you can't even see them.
