I wouldn't recommend him to anybody. He was nice to me when first started going to him and then after a while he was very rude. I know three other people that went to him and now have new doctors. Carolyn Baylies
I use to go to Dr. Howland but i do not any longer. He is a very rude doctor and he doesn't care if he hurts your feelings. He should be more understanding and listen to his patients when something is bothering them. I wouldn't recommend him to any of my friends.
I've been going to Dr. Howland for years now. He is a wonderful doctor and is very understanding. Everybody likes him because he does listen to you. He gets to know his patients and he's just such a pleasent doctor. He's the best!! Carolyn Baylies
