Unprofessional, disorganized, disrespectful of patient time. I took time to complete all patient docs ahead of time, arrived 15min early to my appointment, only to stand there for twenty min with the office unaware of the specifics of my appointment and insurance, asking me to recite aloud my personal information. I signed the document which gives you the option of eye glass exam or not - yes or no. I checked no only to be told I’d have to pay for it either way, as my contact prescription is apparently dependent on it. I did... read more
He has done my cataract surgery. I felt very confident going in as Dr. Greco was very good at explaining what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, what to expect as results. He took the time to answer all my questions. His staff is welcoming and it is easy to get an appointment and not a lot of wait time in the office. He has been just great.
If you value your time, money and mental wellbeing, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Expect to be there for 2 hours unnecessarily. I would very strongly suggest questioning and looking into his credentials. Not sure he is qualified. I went for a regular checkup and contact check. He asked me to call my roommate and find out my contact prescription because he said "I don't want to reinvent the wheel." What can I say about Dr.Greco? I will say he is a wonderful doctor. Precise, articulate, and very knowledgeable. His staff is great. Just had cataract surgery and I was so pleased with Dr Greco. So happy to have him as my doctor!
