Refused to treat me for UTI during my pregnancy and neglected to tell me I had a low lying placenta. His nurse Karen smelled strongly of Marlboro Lights and Vodka and was extremely rude. I went an extra 40 minutes out of my way to get proper prenatal treatment in Hot Springs. I advise going to your local health clinic before receiving prenatal care with this establishment.
I had a very long delivery and he was with me through it all. The nurses even said he was sleeping when I didn’t need him in the next room. An amazing doctor.

Dr. Elkins, I will never forget the horrific experience I received from your so called “care”. I came to the ER with terrible abdominal pain and they sent me to labor and delivery because I’m pregnant. I can only imagine that you were annoyed that you were called after hours about my issue because the way you busted into the room in the morning and spoke to me with an ugly and condescending tone took me absolutely by surprise.
