Bought a home and paid them to come out and give me a bid to do much needed work on the house. I did not have an issue with the amount and have been trying to schedule them to come out and do the work. Well it's been two months of being ghosted by Todd Sauter (I believe the son of the owner). His mailbox is full, he won't return texts etc. If they are too busy they could send a quick text reply back to state so. If you're having foundation problems with your house there is no construction company better to consult and do the work honestly.

Mr. Sauter came by a few days ago and he was terrific. We had moisture issues from the rainy period this past year and weren't sure what to do. We are new home owners didn't know if this was a big or small problem. Multiple companies told us that a french drain and crawl space sealing of some sort were required. This would have cost us tons of money! Todd came by on time and spent a lot of time with me. He wasn't in a rush like many of the other companies we talked to.
