Had John replace the rear rotors and pads on my Ford work van, picked it after 5:00 drove it to my job the next day backed it with my loaded enclosed trailer down a gravel driveway set the parking brake and it didn't work, as a retired mechanic brake jobs are very simple and any time you replace drums or rotors you need to readjust the brakes especially old style cable parking breaks. Otherwise he did a decent job however I won't go back.

I had the good fortune to come across John's Automotive after several, less than pleasant experiences at other repair shops. My older vehicle (95 Olds 88) needed service and tune-up. They were able to work on it in good time and the service charge was very fair. Had it ready the same day. Works great. Thank you John and Judy
