I have going here since my dog was 9 weeks old. He will be 9. Since it change of management or whatever owners from 8 years ago the care and respect and knowledge went down. It is actually sad. They over charge for services have your pet take unnecessary tests
The check up was very through. The doctor explained everything. Answered all my questions. I am very satisfied. The staff was amazing. Very nice. Came back with Homer this time. Penny was this morning
I am truly so sad to be writing this review. We took our cats and dog to this vet for years, and were decently happy with them. Then, they changed ownership a couple years ago. The new vet is very nice, but prices went through the roof. I mean, my dog's yearly vaccine itemized cost more than doubled in the span of a single year. The reviews aren't kidding -- they are EXPENSIVE now. But what really did it for me was a scare I had last year with my dog. I took her in because her throat was swollen. I think this is not at all a good place to bring your pet. They do not keep to appointment times and for those of us who work, time is precious and they do not respect appointment times. The first time I was there they kept me waiting almost 45 minutes and today it was a half hour so I had to leave. At the Humane Society I have never had this issue and they are very busy. They should be more respectful especially when you have a frightened pet waiting in the lobby. Really poor disappointing service.
