Lackadaisical, uncaring, condescending, besides a very disrespectful non-helpful front office staff. Read other reviews - take heed. Just find another office and doctor and pass on this terrible experience. My insurance carrier concluded the same...
I broke my wrist in a quad accident. I did not have any insurance and could not find anyone to see me. I finally called Dr. Klein's office and they squeezed me in that day. He treated me in a kind and professional manner. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Klein's excellent and professional treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein to my friends and family. One very satisfied patient!
i had bursitis and was able to get appointment same morning i called. office staff not friendly but that is generic to all doctor offices. they insisted i get five x rays before appointment. doctor spent only two minutes with me and cursorily looked at only one x ray. he wanted to give me cortisone shot but i wanted time to think about it and he was ok with that; did not try to pressure me. he did ask me if i had any questions and answered all my questions satisfactorily. he seemed competent and is orthopedic surgeon. when i... read more
