I was referred by my other dr to see dr Kevin Herman. I was scheduled for an appointment at 10am . I was there at 9am ok. first there was a mix up in where to go radiology department first then I was to go upstairs. When i went upstairs and i was registered right away only to find out that after my vitals were taken and I was told to put my gown on. I waited 70 minutes ! Along with two other patients. Dr. Rundback is an excelent doctor, he operated on my uncle and did what another doctor at Hackensack Hospital failed to do. We were so grateful to him. We highly recommend him. He's also very pleasant.
