After earning his bachelors degree in physics, he attended medical school at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine. Dr. Rogers kept my terminally ill uncle waiting in an exam room for 55 minutes after his 2:15PM scheduled appointment. After being checked in and having his vitals taken, he waited 15 minutes before asking staff for an update and being assured Dr. Rogers would be in soon. Another 15 minutes passed and no doctor, then 30 minutes and no doctor. In the room and 55 minutes later, my uncle was in excruciating pain and had either been forgotten or ignored and left.
