Dr. Rogers kept my terminally ill uncle waiting in an exam room for 55 minutes after his 2:15PM scheduled appointment. After being checked in and having his vitals taken, he waited 15 minutes before asking staff for an update and being assured Dr. Rogers would be in soon.
