I had 4 different companies provide estimates. I felt John Rogers' estimate was the fairest. He was honest and explained why I did or didn't need certain things other companies suggested. His crew was prompt, courteous, and neat. The job was completed in a timely manner, and clean up was the best from any job I've had done. My basement is dry and smells so much better. I'm so happy with my dry basement!
