When we were ready to build we pursued estimates from 3 local builders. It was an easy choice to go with Robbie as he was fast, clear and responsive and his price was fair, we are super pleased with our new home and would recommend John Robb to anyone looking to build, we will definitely be using him again in the future. The super Daniel was also very straight forward, professional and responsive. We are very pleased with the work and process.
It was a great experience working with Robbie and his crew. Robbie was very helpful in our search for suitable land to build and guided us through the process before we were ever ready to build. Building a new home at the start of Covid definitely tested us and John Robb Custom Homes. Supply and trade availability made things difficult, but Robbie Brown and his team kept us up-to-date and made things more bearable. With a little understanding on all parties involved, we got the job done and they delivered a product that the wife and I are very happy with. John Robb Custom Homes built a high-quality home for my wife and I. During COVID when all other builders turned down our request, Robbie Brown met with us and provided a way forward to our new home. John Robb Custom Homes was very accommodating with the modifications that we wanted in our home.
