Definitely the worst patent attorney I have ever experienced in my 60 years of life. I paid over $20,000 to this office for an application and waited 7 years. I was so excited to see my application patented, but the attorney sent me an email through his staff notifying me that the application was abandoned because a few hundred dollars were due to the patent office. The attorney had promised to take care of the fee, but that was not the case. What an unethical office. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
I’ve really enjoyed working with this firm. Everything went smooth with no hiccups. The staff understood what I was looking for with my patent. The professionalism and knowledge is off the charts.
John is a top notch patent attorney with an incredible team. Highly recommend their services. His patent engineer, Ceyhan Beckman, was also instrumental and grasped many complex concepts important to our medical device IP. I even had other patent attorneys look at their work and they lauded their expertise.
