If you are considering hiring John Rico. RUN. He is a THIEF! He took our $9,500 deposit on 7/8/2022 and never did any work. when we asked for our deposit back in November, he said he would return it. But he has never returned our $9,500 deposit. again, he did zero work and he never even pulled the permit !!! THIEF !!!
My friend paid him 6000.00 for down payment to repairs on her home. Last June it is now six months in November and never showed up. You don’t take 6000.00 and never return or do the work. He texted in October nothing. He needs to give her back to 6000.00 asap or we will go to the district attorney’s office. This is a felony and we will seek to press charges. He knows who she is. She does not want her name on here. Action is going to be taking. Do not trust this man.

Absolutely GREAT experience! Johnny and his employees are friendly, courteous, hard working, and they clearly care strongly about the quality of the work they do. They are extremely responsive, and several times put in extra effort and went the extra mile to make sure the job went smoothly. Johnny and his crew just finished several jobs at my home, and my wife and I are already hiring him for more work in the near future. I would recommend him without question to any of my friends or family!
John is dependable, trustworthy, and willing to go that extra mile. He was also very responsive to my texts which is a huge plus for me! I was happy with the work he did and will definitely be calling him for additional work.
