I have never been treated so poorly by a physician. I walked out of my appointment in tears. Dr. Richart diagnosed me purely by looking through my chart (which he couldn’t be bothered to get the facts correct) as he stated as soon as he walked into the exam room. Never conducted an actual visit. He argued with me about my medical history. Talked to me like I was stupid. Kept smirking like everything I said was a joke. He was rude and demeaning. Top of the line at what he does with cancer treatments who knows where we would be without him and his specialty on cancer he cares about his patients too. His staff is great too especially Bonnie in the iv treatment area and Gina the doctors assistant is great too. I think they are the best in st louis area thank God for that
