Their after hours answering service is very rude and extremely unprofessional. My mother called seeking assistance on a Friday morning (she didn’t want to go to the emergency room as she felt it didn’t warrant a visit) because she was in a lot of discomfort and pain. After she called them twice in a 7 hour period begging for a callback, I called them to complain. 1st they lied and said she had only called 30 minutes previously and then I quote told me to “to calm down and take a deep breath”, I did not yell, get angry, cuss ... read more
I wouldn't recommend it if you need physical over mental help because they only prolong the physical pain and never get you help
Dr.Redman is a terrible doctor . All he does is refer you to other doctors. He’s not a caring doctor at all and his bedside manner sucks.. they will never get another dime of my money from me not ever lack a communication in the office. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life.
