I had a policy with this office for over 8 years. They gave me issues after a wreck trying to claim Both drivers were at fault. I had not had any other collisions in years. The Other driver was clearly at fault for rear ending me. Tn law says that it's the other drivers fault. After complaining and digging into the laws, I was able to get the other drivers ins to take care of my car. I dropped this company the next day. I also now save $85 a month and have the exact same coverage on a brand new car.
