Awful . The triage nurse was nice but the lady that came to give me my results was very very dissmissive and rude. I got a false result and I went to another facility and it was positive. The whole time they were looking at me and acting like I'm dumb . I do Not Recommend this place at all .
I'm so disappointed in how I was "cared for" on my most recent visit. I went in w/ Chest Pain& SB at 5pm. I triaged right away but I waited and watched as 3 people that came after me went back before me. Once I got to the room, the nurse drew labs and left. For over an hour I needed to use the restroom but the nurse never gave me the call bell. Xray comes and gets me. She wheeled me to the restroom enroute. I had to ask a different nurse for a pillow and blanket. And she said it was 'change shift', so I laid in pain for hour... read more
I have been there 3 times. Each time was worse that the time before. The first was to the ER for a cut off tip of my finger. I was greeted very professionally. But then when I saw the Dr, things went downhill. The bleeding would not stop no matter how much pressure the doctor applied (might I mention how painful this was?) He finially stated he could have numbed the finger and went out to come back with a very long needle. Richard in check-in has a nasty attitude. I'm not sure if he's a nurse but his card read paramedic. He doesn't know how to talk to people who comes in through the ER respectfully when part of his job is customer service.
This is a very clean and well established Hospital. The doctors are very thorough. They say to it that you do not leave this Hospital in pain. Short wait times in the ER. The administer any type of test that is needed. The entire hospital has been redone and it's beautiful. Under New Management and a new name. The nurses are very caring and very helpful if you need it. Very close to the interstate and the nursing home. I highly recommend this Hospital and the doctors here. I give it five stars.
