Was an in-patient here - very bad experience. The area I was in was filthy - you'd expect a hospital to be clean, but this was disgusting! Firstly, the bathroom in my room had hair all over the floor and in the sink. Finally was cleaned out the 3rd day I was there. The floors are gross- my socks were covered in dirt after only a few hours! Upon arrival, no one really tells you anything. Had no towels, toiletries, etc. When I asked for a towel, they gave me a box of tissues. No soap (and this is during COVID) Showers ha... read more

I came into the er in the middle of a hectic very overwhelming night. No room and needed a treatment. Didn't know when I would get one I was a little frustrated and in distress. They even offered me a transfer but I declined due to my kids being in Hopewell. All in all I say this to say they got me in a we room asap and then admitted upstairs. I had so many nurses coming in down in the er to check on me and one of the head in charges seen me fanning myself he brought me a fan. I seen quite a few coming to help they called in... read more

I received excellent care while at John Randolph Medical Center.. I was in ICU for 6 nights and PCU for 1 night. My nurses were above and beyond great. I couldn't be happier with the care I was given.

My daughter has serious medical conditions. Sat night the emergency crew refused to take her to SSR, where her heart dr is, and instead took her to JRH....with heart attack symptoms 🤬. Basically said “nothing we can do here, go to your cardiologist ASAP...you need a stress test. WTH? But, that’s not even my complaint. During the 6 hours we were there they admitted 2 COVID-19 patients. 1 patients had at least 7 people in the waiting room. 2nd one had 3 with others coming and going. AT NO TIME IN THAT SIX HOURS DID ANY STAFF ... read more

My wife received excellent and personalized care from both the ER and ICU staff. The ER staff was able to determine the true nature of her medical conditions, which was misdiagnosed by previous health care personnel, in a timely matter. After my wife was transferred to the ICU unit, the ER staff followed up on her progress and if they saw me in the hallways they would ask about her. The ICU staff were very caring and addressed medical situations which had presented themself. The ICU staff were not only concerned about her bu... read more
