I took my car to this shop with an estimate of 2 weeks. After 5 months it was still not complete and I wasn’t getting any straight answer about when it would be done. I confronted the owner, John Rakestraw, who became very evasive and wouldn’t answer my questions. He then became very aggressive and proceeded to cuss me out of the establishment yelling expletives and that he wasn’t about to finish my car. I was forced to come back with the police to reclaim my car and parts as I feared for my safety.

Had my car for two weeks over a busted headlight. Eventually had to pick my car up because he kept putting it off. Once he knew someone was on the way to get my car he left my keys in my car for anyone to just walk up and steal.
