I read a previous review and I cannot agree more. Lack of communication, lack of understanding, lack of professionalism. My husband was in agony coming up to his clinic, just to be sent home with a prescription "sent to the pharmacy" to help with the pain. Just to waste the whole afternoon waiting to get the order in. What a lovely Doctor. I met with h today about a rare MRI finding and ongoing back pain and numbness. He took his time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and explained in great detail my diagnosis. He put together a care plan for me to help monitor and resolve this issue if needed. His bedside manner was excellent. I’m soo thankful I found this doctor and he’s taking me on as his patient. Thank you!
I have had 52 operations over the past 20 years. I went to see Dr Williams Dec 22, 2023 with severe side pain. I had images taken beforehand and I couldn’t get into another Dr until late January. I knew I couldn’t wait that long. He got me in within 3 days. He took one look at my spinal scan, and told me that in good conscience he could not let me go home.
