" possably owner " of: the Donaldson wellness center. imop the equivalent of a puppy mill. their employees are not qualified, are on-line corses. These are "non" certifications and are not licensed in Texas. Dr Skinner has been my therapist for couple of years now. He is by far the best dr I have ever had since I was diagnosed with depression at age 14
Very unprofessional
He wasn’t in the office for the appointment and no one called to cancel it. Pathetic!
