They were so great the blonde headed assistant that was assisting Dr. Todd was so so sweet! Dr. Todd was so sweet and gentle too! They made my 2 boys and I feel very welcomed and we also love the T-shirts they are so soft and cool!
I absolutely adore the Greystone location and the employees! Dr. Todd and Emily are always thorough, kind, and go the extra mile! Tamara is also super sweet and helpful! I feel like the staff at this location has become family over the years of having my braces. Getting braces as an adult was scary. They have made this process super easy and have always made sure I was comfortable and had a good understanding. Never one bad experience after 3 years of being here!
My son fell and broke a bracket on his braces, and the great staff at PT Ortho in Hoover stayed open late just to see him. This is my 2nd kid that has had braces through PT Ortho and the reason we keep coming back is because they treat you like family. If you need braces in the Birmingham area, I cannot recommend PT Ortho enough.
