Nice experience
Very nice staff and doctor took time to explain things and the path forward for my care.
Dr.Hasan took his time educating me on my diagnosis and the next steps forward .I had never had this done by previous pulmonary doctors I'd seen.He had the answer before I could ask the question. Very professional!The front office staff was amazing.I would highly recommend this practice. This seems more like a family than a doctors office.
Dr. Hasan and his entire staff treat me with respect and kindness. His office staff is very patient with insurance issues and billing. They go the extra mile to find solutions. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted by name. When I needed a letter authorizing my CPAP for the airline, I received it by email within an hour. Dr. Hasan takes the time to explain treatment, and is thorough with testing to get to the bottom of issues. I wish all medical offices offered this level of professional, courteous service.
I really like having Dr Hasan as my doctor. He is very personable and really seems to listen to me. I feel safe, and understood. I don’t like all the technical stuff I have to do with the visits. Online check ins, all the places to go to see what is written about my visit. I am too old and this stresses me. They have a Great staff too!
Dr Hasan is patient and thorough. He never rushes an appointment. He takes time to fully explain treatment plans and answer questions. He is also very pleasant.
Visit went smoothly. I found the doctor very responsive to my questions. Did not criticize, which is what I ran into with a previous pulmonary doctor. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good pulmonary doctor.
