Tried to call and schedule an appointment. Person who answered the phone would not let me speak. I wasn't trying to get an appointment for the same day, I was trying to get an appointment for PCP since I am new to the area. I explained this the person on the other end. Got pushback when I provided the name of the insurance. I was told I needed to provide proof of address, when I asked why I was told we need to make sure you are who you say.
