Mr. Kelly is by far the most unprofessional, rudest and least helpful lawyer I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to encounter. He does not return phone calls or emails. When I asked about my matter he was dismissive, said he doesn’t need to let me read the agreement and that if there are issues after it’s signed by the judge then ‘we can figure it out’. The judge had to rewrite the entire agreement herself due to his incompetence. Avoid this lawyer. If he is assigned to your case you should seek a new lawyer. He cares nothing ... read more
