He was very thorough with a friend of mine and took his time speaking with her and family when and as long as needed.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review before. But I don’t want people to waste time like I have…Back in Nov/Dec I started getting headaches that were getting progressively worse. Usually I would only get them if I didn’t eat (then even if I ate, it wouldn’t help and they’d just get worse). Dr. Jefferson is helpful but his support team isn’t. My yearly appointment which I booked 3 months in advance was cancelled without notice. They rescheduled my appointment for the following week without even consulting with me. The day of my appointment, I was getting in my car to drive almost a hour there when they called to tell me it was cancelled. They obviously don’t care about inconveniencing their patients and making sure critical appointments happen.
Excellent neurologist. He was patient and thorough in testing with my husband who has dementia.
