Dr. Herring is great, but some of his staff are short with you and have an attitude. Anita is good it took me 3 days to get some answers to simple questions answered by Loury. I felt like my issues where not as important, so I was ignored because they where way to busy to get to me.
Dr. Herring is a well respected and good at what he does. Some of his staff are unprofessional, rude, and hard to deal with. His nurse Anita and the receptionist Lori act like they own the place and if you don't comply with them they will make your life miserable. I strongly recommend finding another provider you will be much happier elsewhere.
