Unacceptable! I have been calling the office for over one week for refills. No response, other than "I'll let them know". My pharmacy has been trying as well. No response. I physically went into the office this morning, to get the runaround. Needless to say, i will be finding a new provider

I'm posting this review to urge other patients to double check their bills. I have been a patient here since the Dr. Arsham days, and have had good care/service in the past. The new ownership of Arch Health/Palomar Health has led to multiple billing errors and over-charging, for myself and my partner. My quick visit on July 22 to Dr. Harper, which I appreciated, was billed as a standard appointment and I paid on that day in full. 90 days later Arch/Palomar sent a back-dated invoice, with a new categorization of "expanded vis... read more
