The only person we are impressed with in this office is Nurse Cyndie O'Connell Jobb. Dr. Harper doesn't seem like the warm type doctor. and Dr. Carol Grace is the WORST DOCTOR we've ever dealt with. Made an emergency appt. for my son and we were 7 min. late after hauling butt there. Dr. Grace refused to see us! What kind of Dr. does this? Overall, we DO NOT recommend this office unless you see NP Cyndie. The office staff is also uptight, rude, unwelcoming and cold. Do the drive and go to Poway instead. Unacceptable! I have been calling the office for over one week for refills. No response, other than "I'll let them know". My pharmacy has been trying as well. No response. I physically went into the office this morning, to get the runaround. Needless to say, i will be finding a new provider

I'm posting this review to urge other patients to double check their bills. I have been a patient here since the Dr. Arsham days, and have had good care/service in the past. The new ownership of Arch Health/Palomar Health has led to multiple billing errors and over-charging, for myself and my partner. My quick visit on July 22 to Dr. Harper, which I appreciated, was billed as a standard appointment and I paid on that day in full. 90 days later Arch/Palomar sent a back-dated invoice, with a new categorization of "expanded vis... read more
