Outstanding professional service
This was my first & last time using John Grumbach Plumbing & Heating. I had the absolute worst experience with them by first giving out incorrect inaccurate information, then argued & got nasty with me, etc. so in thorough detail here is what transpired… I first called them over the phone 3/17/25 inquiring about services since I was a first time customer. This was my first time using them & over the phone yesterday they advised that they charge $155 an hour plus parts would be separate. I already purchased the parts & all I needed was a new shower head, knob & tub shower drain installed which I had already purchased. The guy was here for about an hour which I was expecting to pay the $155 or around there however he tells me the price was $295!
