Had to get a piece of specialty glass on a Saturday morning for a photo shoot. Like an idiot, I expected to pick it up like a donut and a coffee and be on my way. John R was the 3rd stop that morning. They went in back, rummaged through remnants, found what I needed and cut it. Saved the photo shoot. Completely rocked it! Professionals.
