I couldn't have asked for a better experience with J R Ford! I had the classic Fiesta wet-belt failure which resulted in an engine replacement. From the initial diagnosis, to ordering the engine, and then finally fitting it in, I was kept adequately in-the-loop and the whole situation was promptly sorted out.
