Second time using John R Ford, this time we used their pick up and return service (free). Vehicle collected at 9am by a really helpful and informative driver, advised us on what we could expect from the day, service and brakes changed with the vehicle being returned around 4pm which included another bonus vehicle wash - couldn't ask for a better service!

Hi John R Ford Im a returning customer after a fantastic service and excellent car we bought a few years ago. We wanted an upgrade so naturally came back to you guys. We bought an excellent car with all the bells and whistles on. I highly recommend John R Ford. I want to pay special attention to Lee the salesman whom has been honest and very knowledgeable of all the cars he sales. Once again thank you very much. Its a beautiful car and a lovely drive.
