Our experience at Shady Grove could not have been better. Everyone we interacted with from the person that handles the lab work to the nurse Yolanda and especially Dr Crochet and his NP, were so kind and knowledgeable. I only went to the Clear Lake location once but that office was equally pleasant and professional. I never felt like just a number but that they were truly invested in assisting us with achieving our goal. I highly recommend.
We were lucky enough to work with Erica in financial, Kelsey and Brooke and Marissa, as well as Ms. Yolanda and we could not say enough things about everyone. So attentive and informative. They truly made this experience so hopeful and reassuring. My husband and I cannot thank Dr. Crochet and his team enough for helping us become pregnant every step of the way
Dr. Crochet is absolutely amazing. He answered each and everyone of my husband & I’s questions with so much detail. The staff is friendly and helpful. This journey started back in February and after multiple procedures and lots and lots of medicine we are happy to say we are pregnant.
