I had a very disappointing experience at this office that ultimately caused me to cancel my scheduled surgery. My interaction with the medical assistant was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was spoken to in a condescending manner and treated as if I were a child rather than a patient seeking clarity about my own care. When patients are preparing for something as serious as surgery, they deserve patience, respect, and professionalism.
