Exceptional service with a world of knowledge! The suit you pick can be customized so the suit will fit you instead of having to settle for the fit of one just off the rack of a warehouse. Everyone is extremely personable and make you feel like you’re visiting friends. I’m very glad that my son has a special suit to wear for his wedding day!
I have been a customer of John Pickens for a while now and cannot say enough good things about this store and the staff! John, Steve, and Jeff are always very polite and informative. Their products and services are always of the highest quality. This is by far the best clothing store a man can find in Shreveport-Bossier.

Great store, great customer service. John always picks out just the right things for me. He has essentially redone my wardrobe. Great customer service and has been the same since I randomly walked in while looking for a dress shirt while on a business trip in Shreveport prior to moving here. Can’t recommend this place enough.
