I would never use the real estate attorney. He does not help with any matters that come to the home closing. He will not fight for his client to get things fixed or repairs. He wants the real estate person to address it. He didn't even show up to our closing and gave us no explanation at all. He sent another lawyer. Just wants your money and that it!!!

Terrible experience. John Piccinnini is unprofessional and disorganized to work with. The representative that was sent to my closing was TWO HOURS LATE which was so embarrassing and held everyone else up. They were also missing a bank certified check that they never asked me to bring and I had 15 minutes to get to a bank. I expressed my dissatisfaction and my emails were ignored with no apology.
